Moim skromnym zdaniem członkowie zarządu - z racji wyboru - nie powinni być zatrudnieni na etacie, ponieważ pełnienie funkcji w organie spółdzielczym nie powinno być źródłem utrzymania siebie i członków swojej rodziny. Ponadto członkowie zarządu powinni być wybierani przez ogól spółdzielców z grona członków spółdzielni na walnym gromadzeniu członków spółdzielni a nie powoływani przez radę nadzorczą.
